How to get back in the Groove?
Hi Everyone,
Before the break I was on a roll. I was religiously working out, but now I am having difficulties. I find myself making excuses for not running. I am not sure what I have to do to get my Mojo back.
Get a partner. I'm willing to run two days a week after work. Now that my long runs are an hr plus. Luke can't hang. Seeking a partner for long runs on Sunday, too.
I am a morning person, so I go for my runs at 5:30am. I schedule my runs in my calendar, so I have a constant reminder as well. I also agree with Natalie, having a partner ALWAYS makes it easier to stick to the plan... it's the accountability.
